How pickup and delivery works
Book by phone or online and tell us what is going on with the machine. We schedule a pickup window, collect the device from your door, and log it in at the shop just like a walk-in. After the diagnostic, we call you with the exact quote; work begins only after your approval. When the repair is done and tested, we deliver it back and make sure it starts up happily in its home spot.
The service covers Nashville, Hendersonville, Gallatin, Goodlettsville, Mount Juliet, and the surrounding Middle Tennessee area for a small fee based on your location. Your time is valuable; spend it on anything other than driving a broken computer across town.
Mail-in repair for customers outside Middle Tennessee
Not local? No problem. GeekzUP offers mail-in repair service for eligible laptops, PCs, and gaming systems. One rule keeps it safe for everyone: every mail-in must be pre-approved. Complete the short pre-approval form, then talk with our team by phone so we can confirm your device and issue are something we can service, before you spend a dime on shipping.
Once approved, ship the device to our Hendersonville shop and we handle it like any bench job: diagnostic, phone quote, approval, repair, testing, and insured return shipping. Optional extras such as computer recycling and BIOS update service are available for an additional, separately quoted fee.
